Posted by: Rapture at Wed Dec 17 19:38:15 2008 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by Rapture ] I have a Rebel and I like to think my photos are decent. The camera can take great photos and horrible ones. The best thing to do to get true colors is take them outside when there are some clouds in the sky to diffuse the sunlight. You'll know it's good lighting when there's not a ton of cast shadows around, but there weather is good and it's mid day. If there's no clouds out, put the snake in an area of shade. I shoot pretty much in full auto with the flash on if the camera wants to use it, but if taken outside with the lighting as described, you can achieve some nice results. [ Hide Replies ]
