I would not be a bit concerned at this point.

If she was in good enough condition to breed, she should be fine without a meal, from now until the end of her pregnancy " if she indeed is ovulating? "

If you want to offer her two or three rats in the first part of her pregnancy, that is fine, but not necessary and I am of the opinion that the shutting down of the digestive system during pregnancy and even the weight loss during pregnancy, is not only beneficial, but much more close to what they are doing in the wild.

Do not sweat it, she will gladly let you know when and if she wants to eat during her breeding and pregnancy and if she does or does not, it is fine either way.
