If that is a large meal, she may just be getting comfortable. I notice she has the bulge right under the light, probably for the heat to facilitate digestion. In the wild when snakes eat large meals they are often able to soak in water to relieve the discomfort of the large meal. Buoyancy of water compensating for the force of gravity.

That said, if thats not a big meal, she could be ovulating.

Others know more than me on that subject.
