I was going to post this answer right when you first posted and ask the question.I couldn't post though because I had to run.
The only time they might look like this and its ok is after breeding and or gravid in my experience that is.
My experiences tells me a Boa doing this(not gravid) is in trouble.
When was her last meal exactly what was it? Meaning size and color ?
(Now I know you fed a rabbit.So that rules out one problem I was considering)
Many Other issues could be causing this as well.
I've never seen a Boa do this as a relaxing activity.
If only that would've been the case.
