There is not a cookie cutter answer to that. Sometimes it is something we thing deserves discussion and we make it a hot topic. Other times it is something that we think will attract people to come read and participate. And again other times, it's something we think is important.



If there is something you think should be a hot topic but we have missed it, use the report link and tell us it should be a hot topic. We welcome your input.
