Mike DeBruce bred Boas outside in Georgia several years ago. He didn't keep them outdoors all the time. Too cold for that. But he had good results in pens outdoors. He goes by "Mohaskee" on the forums. NIce guys loves his Boas and his 12 or so kids. Lots of kids!
