Don't feed him for 10 days to 2 weeks. He's stressed but more importantly he has lost that much needed gut bacteria and needs to build it back up. Make sure his humidity is high and has plenty of fresh water to drink. An eye dropper of water for him here and there wouldn't hurt. Next time you feed make the food item smaller even half the size. This is a very serious issue with baby Boas.
Three regurges from a baby will most often be fatal.
