Tests in my case showed Bacteria problems in the Boas system which appeared to lead to Bacteria sepsis. The Bacteria involved in my cases was Proteus and klebsiella. All Boas that regurged this clearish mucous type stuff died with in 48 hours of this regurge.Same symptoms as yours are showing, no eating, lethargy then regurge. In several Boas Amikacin was effective. Of course I can't recommend this treatment I'm not a vet. Although it might be better than doing nothing.I really don't believe Amikacin dosing could hurt the situation. If it is the same problem I had, by the time confirmation tests come in ,its too late for several Boas.Especially if your experiencing same or similar problem as I had. [ Hide Replies ]
