Cleaning Wood from Poop??

I have a question. My boa just pooped in the plastic water bowl, and all over a piece of wood, I can see dark color of the wet wood.



My question is this, I was going to clean with 10% bleach, both wood and the bowl.



But for how long should I let them soak in the solution? I am concerned that maybe the plastic will absorb bleach perhaps, and leach it out later in fresh water.



Is this the right course of action?
