disreguard last post as it accidently sent before i was finished. Anyhow, I have a suriname male about 1-1/2 year old and has been a bit inactive the past few weeks to a month. Is there a hibernation period for them? His last feeding took a lot longer than usual for him to eat and 2 days later was regurgitated (smelled awful!). He was fed on Christmas and needless to say has not had the urge to eat again yet. He is very sluggish in movement while in his house. He will perk up a bit when taken out but not as much as before. He has lost some size and has some loose skin. His shik is also darker as if he is going into pre-shed. His tounge does flicker but it does not extend out as far. With all that said he still has fairly god looking skin and no unpleasant odors! Any ideas or comments will be helpful before I take this guy to the vet.

Specs.
Temp 78-84
Undertank heater on one side of tank
Humidity 80% giver or take a bit
Natural daylight/night cycle
