HELP! My dragon can't move his legs!!!!

My five year old dragon has developed sores or something on the under side of his hind legs and around the genital area. (see photo's) I don't know what they are and I am very concerned about them. They seem to be resricting the movement of his hind legs and I have no idea on how to take care of this and I can't find anything similar on the web. Please, PLEASE help I am very worried!!
