those arent sores i dont think... those are little bumps that show it is a famale... its like that with allot of lizzards...sut if it cant move its bake legs then it means he ate too much and her stomach is pushing on her spine...i dont know if it will go away(i think it should go away soon but not sure). u should reaserch a cure or call an exoytic safe vet!
