Equate uses a petroleum distillate as a carrier while PAM does not. Petroleum distillates are toxic and I would be careful with the use of Equate. Make sure you do not spray directly on any snake, and after spraying down the cage and/or furnishings, wait an hour or so and then rinse everything off well before reintroducing the snake back into the cage. If used carefully, Equate can probably be used successfully without adverse reactions. | ||
