what humidity? maybe theres too much? maybe not enough?
thats all i can think to add.

do you take said infected snakes to the vet? perhaps they need to go see the vet and get proper meds so they dont keep spreading it around. maybe quarantine those that are sick until they are better.

*shrug* dunno...hope they get better ...take care
