RE: Definition of Power Feeding?

I got a follow-up to this. What's the deal with some '07s being sold that are around 300-400 grams? I guess they could just be really really picky feeders, but at that weight, I feel like the feeding has been cut back. I mean, I have '08s here larger than that, and they have not been powerfed at all.
