You can try insulating the tub with some 1/4" or 3/8" pink foam insulation. I know some people use that on their racks to keep the temperatures even in a cooler room. But I keep my room around 65-70 degrees generally and my racks with 4" flexwatt running at 93 on the hot side keeps the cool side at around 75 degrees.
