Mike, in order for a albino to be a hybino it must be visual hypo and visual albino at the same time.Like a ghost is anery and hypo and a snow is anery and albino.Its just another double homozygous.
The fact that the hypo is masked by the amel gene is the problem.Sometimes you can kinda make a good guess if its a hybino cause they seem to have a more faded look to them from the hypo gene.But, there are so many different looks in the hypo world that allot of hybinos don't look any different than a normal albino.
The key to knowing you have a hybino is if both parents are hypo.When both parents are hypo and the snake hatches out albino then it has to be hybino.No questions at all.Thats why you will see the terms ( visual) hybino or known hybino.
In the early stages of these projects you had to just cross your fingers cause only about 1 in 16 would come out hybino vs. albino in a double het to double het breeding.

p.s. this is a 100% hybino I produced this year.Both its parents are hypo and its a tri-color to boot so its really cool looking.
