But the male is still trying to breed her? They have been at it for 6-8 weeks now. I have wittnessed the pre ovulation swell about 3-4 weeks ago or so and now what apears to be another swelling I believe to be the ovulation. But my question is that is it too late for the male to complete his job, or can he still get "them" in their. I am assuming that if he had, he would have lost interest already? Last year after he did the job he lost all intrest. Does this sound like a typical slug senario? Either way I will be leaving him in their till he does loose all intrest. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
