I have very little understanding as far as genetics goes...
I am a high school senior first off, so the miniscule section on genetics in biology 2 years ago definately didn't make me an expert! :P
But, as far as color morphs in boas go...there are basically 3 genes:
Albino
Anery
Hypo
In turn, these genes, when combined give us:
Snow - (Albino Anery)
Ghost - (Hypo Anery)
Moonglow- (hypo anery albino)
Sunglow- (hypo albino)
My question is, Do i have the basic understanding down...or am i completely off target?
Just something i was pondering this morning ----- 1.1.0 Hogg Island Boa
0.1.0 Albino Columbian Boa
0.1.0 Unknown Locality Boa
1.0.0 Carpet Python
1.0.0 Normal Ball Python
1.0.0 Red Albino Cornsnake
0.1.0 Leucistic Rat Snake
1.0.0 Water Dragon
1.0.0 Normal Leopard Gecko
0.0.1 Pink Toe Tarantula
