The cages are built using maple melamine for the box and maple plywood for the front. The doors are solid maple and the floor is regular plywood with maple laminate glued to it.



The inserts for the vent holes are shelf pin grommets. You can get them from Rockler.com.



I'll try to get a picture with the room dark tonight.



The speakers are sitting on about 2 inches of foam. They don't seem to bother the snakes. I'm sure they wouldn't appreciate it if we cranked it up though. Haha
