eye looks deflated

hello, i have a suboc that just shed. when i had it out last i noticed that one eye didn't look right. stuck eye cap is what i thought. well once i got the cotton balls and water out to try to remove i noticed that both eyes look totally clear but that there is no pressure. one eye looks ok but the other looks really "droopy." any suggestions? i'll try to snap some pics later. i just didn't want to mess with him too much as he's not a real nice snake to begin with. thanks for any help.
