heat for bredls

How do you bredls keepers set up your babys and provide heat for them? I would be keeping them for display and breeding so I was thinking of an appropriate sized glass aquarium with a nice perch and overheat heat. What are safe night time temps. Also, When they are adults I would get a couple of nice pvc cages and I wanted to know which heating option works best for these. Over head light, heat panels, belly heat?
