Best thing to do is cut them open and see whats going on. I have lost a number of animals in 15 years of breeding reptiles and I always do an my own atopsy you might be surprised at what you will find. I lost two girls back in 06 one was gravid with viable babies the other completely slug bound. I found in both of them where they had ruptured blood vessels and apparrent bled out internally. I wouldn't have know if I hadn't cut them open. Look at like this you will know a little bit more about how there body system reside by doing so.
