Posted by: meeslither at Sat Feb 7 16:04:38 2009 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by meeslither ] well..... baby variegatas are pinkish in coloration so that little one is probally cheyeni, and the adult specimen apears to be as well. also, the australian spilotes tend to have 4 characteristic scales between their nostrils that are quite square and prominent where as varigatas or harrisoni tend to have scales that are less squre and may have more than four. try and find some pics youll see what i mean.
