Whoa, I'm WAY out of the loop!
Mark Pyle from DFW said if I was a "true" herper I would've driven back down to TX for the show. Would've been about a 9-hr drive each way. I might do that for a marathon road-cruising episode but not for a deli cup event.
We kept a ball python a couple of years ago while the owner was deployed and the Kid really enjoyed that. However, balls are too "mainstream" for my tests, as well as not US-native which is my "thing," so I got her a baby rosy boa last fall. Cute little guy, recognizes us when we approach and everything. ----- Chris McMartin
