Upload your image somwhere (such as Flickr, Photobucket, etc). Then right click the image, select "properties," and then copy the address(URL). Then you just paste it in the message box, and put at the beginning of the URL and after.

Remove the * from the first tag, though. I had to put those there to avoid it turning into this
