It's a pet peeve of mine too. I had a customer one time who kept calling me Juan. Even after I corrected them on several different occasions. After awhile I felt like they were doing it on purpose out of disrespect. So I'm big on getting names right. It has nothing to do with you and I know you meant no disrespect.
