Very shiny so it shows the texture and imperfections in the wood just like gloss paint does.

That's what I was afraid of. Not my favorite look, although it does make it more cleanable.

I would love to try this stuff for the floor of my next project and then use the green contact paper I like so much for the walls. But then I can't silicone the edges where the contact paper walls meet the polyurea floor.

What was the mix ratio? Is it 1:1 or 2:1 like epoxy or is it a catalyst like polyester that you ad with a dropper?

My thoughts are that the product could be warmed up to help it flow out better but then mix in less catalyst so it does not gel up so quickly.

I still want to try this stuff but more and more it sounds like it's not ideal for what I have planned.
