Very shiny so it shows the texture and imperfections in the wood just like gloss paint does.
That's what I was afraid of. Not my favorite look, although it does make it more cleanable.
I would love to try this stuff for the floor of my next project and then use the green contact paper I like so much for the walls. But then I can't silicone the edges where the contact paper walls meet the polyurea floor.
What was the mix ratio? Is it 1:1 or 2:1 like epoxy or is it a catalyst like polyester that you ad with a dropper?
My thoughts are that the product could be warmed up to help it flow out better but then mix in less catalyst so it does not gel up so quickly.
I still want to try this stuff but more and more it sounds like it's not ideal for what I have planned. ----- Currently keeping:
6.10 Gonyosoma oxycephalum (Javan, mixed colors)
0.0.4 Rhynchophis boulengeri
1.1 Philodryas baroni
1.1 Lampropeltis triangulum multistriata
0.0.1 Rhamphiophis rubropunctatus
0.0.2 Morelia viridis (Aru & Merauke locale types)
1.0 Rhodesian Ridgeback
