You really can't go by the amount of tipping.I have some definite ghosts that are tipped up more than some of my anery's. Just like in the hypo lines you will see a wide aray of tipping or mudding up.

Did you ask the breeder what the parents where that produced it? if it was from a double het breeding or something then there is a chance it could just be a clean anery.If the parents where both hypos (either hypo or ghost) then its for sure a ghost.Also, you can usually check the shed skin and hold it away from the light and see if you can make out the bands.This is not 100% but almost every ghost I have ever checked sheds clear and a anery will leave very dark bands on the shed.

Here is a good example for you also.This little girl hatched out a screamer and I figured she would stay very clean cause she had basically zero tipping out of the egg.With every shed she gets more and more and is almost totally speckled now as a 18 month old.
