Feed the female very well and the male as well as possible while he's wearing ruts around his cage.
She'll shed and ovulate, you may feel bulges in the latter 1/3 of her body and she's ready then. Without bulges, pair them off every 5-10 days and if she's receptive, they'll breed. If there's a lot of thrashing after a couple hours of introduction, try another day. They may not actually breed until June or so but I usually start the introductions earlier.
Her fresh shed will amuse the male for several hours but males don't seem to need 'arousing' -- it's the females that dictate the rules of this game.
Your male should refuse to feed for several weeks or take only fuzzy sized mice every couple weeks.
If you think the Barry White music helps, try it, but keep her well fed too.
