I don't use them, but a friend of mine has them going around his ball python's cage. From the looks of it, and depending on how hot they get, they might work... they get pretty warm to the touch... Maybe getting a temp gun and seeing how they work.

If it is plausible to use them...hell I've got over 150ft in my room alone...
