Hybrid Caiman diet

I have spectacled x yacare hybrid and i want to make sure his diet is diverse and has a lot of different kinds of prey. I bought the mazuri crocodilian feed, which i am mixing in turtle food because he doesn't really like it to much. I also feed him pinks and on occasion skinless chicken breast. I just want him to be on the healthiest diet possible so he can grow to his full potential. I would also like to know what kind of fish he could have ( i know not goldfish thats a given) because i think its good for him and it stimulates his mind. Any help would gratefully be appreciated. Thank you
