I don't mean to be rude, but if you don't have the money to properly house your animals, should you even have them now. Maybe wait until you can afford the proper equipment. The reason I say this is because I've found myself in this situation of getting a little over my head. I had to back off for a while until I could afford to take care of them properly. I'm even still dealing with problems from going a little to far.
