First rack ?'s

Hey guys, I just got my first rack from Boa Master. 4 high 34 qt. First I'm wondering where do you mount or place the probe, in the tub, on the flex watt, on the inside side of the rack? Second question well maybe it's a poll but how many holes do you reccomend in the tubs front and sides, I'm in PA if that helps my room temps range from 68 in winter to almost 90 in summer without the air on of course. I will be using aspen also. Third question how many of yous use hides in thier racks? Are they needed in enclosed dark racks? Last request I'm just curious to see some of your tub set-ups. Thanks
