The floor space of a 32 qt. tub is actually under 22". The heat from 4" flexwatt is not isolated to just those 4 inches. When applied correctly (an inch or two in from the bottom end of the tub) it creates a more than adequate area of heat.



You say most rack designs use 3 or 4 inch flexwatt and you have 1 person suggest 11". What are the odds that those using the 3 or 4 inch flexwatt might know what they are doing? IMO, 11" is too much heat for a 32 qt. tub.
