I have worked w/ both.. and agree with Jaykis.. one thing I will add, I have found A papuana to be pretty territorial while in the cage.

and to echo the previous post.. you have to be really careful as they will eat each other.

They also tend to be bigger then olives, so require bigger cages and are more expensive to feed as adults.
