M. nauta are a bit more "pro-active", and don't seem to be satisfied with one "S", in my opinion, so they stack an extra one on top. This puts about 4-6 bends in the upper 1/3 of their body, giving them a reach of nearly 3/4 their body length. On one end is a prehensile tail as a safety line, while at the other is a dead on accurate wide open mouth full of teeth! [ Hide Replies ]
