An actual transcript would be excellent.



Many folks wont be able to access the video for technical and broadband reasons.



My "updates" were just rambling highlights and commentary that is probably riddled with errors and omissions. Also, my player locked up a couple of times, so there's no telling what I missed.



It would be excellent if the transcript could identify the representatives. I was unable to tell who was speaking much of the time.
