Yes, it it seems to have all the traits of a tiger.
As far as the stripe goes, all tigers have them. Take a look and you'll see. Most of them are a very thin, faint stripe, but it always causes them to have the bands broken in the middle(hence the tiger striped look down the sides, instead of the just a band all the way over the top.)I believe the twin spots and the tigers are all in the same line. The tigers are just an extreme form with the dorsal blotches connecting down to the ventral blotches. They both have that same stripe that breaks the dorsal pattern in two. The stripe usually starts out orange in color, but fades out to the background color as the snake matures.
