The aluminum provides overkill rigidity to the thin PVC, and also provides a mountpoint for velcro. The light is a 7 watt candelabra bulb. I use a small heat pad, but the light helps alot when the weather is cold. Low wattage and little ventilation keeps humidity reasonable. [ Hide Replies ]
