The best way to get moonglows would be to breed parents that are each homozygous for one of the recessives and het for the other, and one would need to carry the hypo gene.

Examples:

Sunglow het Anery X Anery het Albino

Ghost Het Albino X Albino het Anery

In both of the examples all babies will be 100% het for both recessives (so no guesswork on genetics of offspring)
the possibilities from both of these pairings are:

Double het snows
Albino Het Anery
Anery het Albino
Triple het Moonglow
Snow
Sunglow het Anery
Ghost het Albino
Moonglow

No normals or "possible hets"
