Very good care sheet. I breed several types of non-climbers and they are a great food source. I like the 4-spot and orange spots a little better, because there defense smell isn't as strong as orange heads. I would not be to concerned about them infesting your home. These roaches are not considered pests and do not do well if not keep under the ideal conditions. Without the proper food, heat, and water they will not breed and most likely won't live too long. I use either peat moss (in cages I spray) or red bran. Most seem to like the red bran because they can eat it and then I either use a swallow water dish, or even better fruit items that provide their water (carrots, oranges, apples). Leave plenty of cat or dog food, but on the veggies keep it small so it doesn't spoil. The hardest part is letting your colony get big enough before you start using them as feeders.
