Hey everybody im pretty new to boas, however own several morelia species, I saw this pair of guyanas at a local show and just had to buy them.
however recently they have done nothing regurge meals, they have eaten for me before (Small rats) there yearlings.
They passed the other small rats fine, and the last two i fed them they just throw them up.
Is there some kind of parasite that could do this? Is it something more specific to boas i should be doing?
There cage temps are a low of 70 to a hot of 95, with an ambient temp of 85,with moderate humidity.
both of them are still extremely active, and both since throwing up have taken rat pups and digested them just fine....have two big piles of crap.
I know that this is more of a serious matter and id like to figure out whats causing it and how to make it stop. ----- Pat "You keep WHAT in your freezer?" "Mice. And rats. If that bothers you, I can call them 'cows' instead."
