One is a leatherback hypo het trans the other a trans leatherback het hypo. I haven't worked with trans in a while and never leatherbacks but the first thing I noticed when they came in a month ago when they were two weeks old was that what I believed was that the supposed trans had normal eyes. I asked the breeder why they weren't black but he assured me that they would change once she got older. Well it's a month later and still normal eyes and never did she really have that translucent look about her. The thing that bothers me is that I spoke with someone tonight that bought from the same breeder and I believe same clutch and his trans leather has perfect black eyes and it's the same age as mine and he said his were always black. So what gives. I don't want to be a pain in the butt to the breeder and keep questioning him so I need the advice of the people here as to what you all think. Also with the pic of the two the trans is on the right. Thanks to all who reply. | ||
