I sent mine to a friend in Fl., and he has 9 adults. Evidently they have to be at least 7-9 years old to breed. He and I discussed a large rubber band over the female's mouth, lol. I had a pair of 12 footers, and I kept them together for about 6 months. She only tried to eat him once.
