Males usually don't stimulate Females. It's usually vice versa. Females cycle through their own natural rhythms, and the Males follow accordingly. That's why a Male will breed year round. I've seen alot of my Females that havn't been bred swell twice a year. Usually in Feb/March, and again in August/September if they aren't gravid from earlier.
