I sent Wayne an email asking the same thing, here's his response:

Thank you for your interest in the National Reptile Breeders' Expo.
The dates for 09 will be the week-in of Aug 22.

Obviously they haven't updated the website. I don't think it happened until about April or May for the '08 show.
