1. is it ok to keep womas on sand?
2. will womas climb and use sticks like driftwood and stuff or do they just stay on the ground?
3. can you keep 2 together in the same cage?

(1) I personally would not. It is possible (not likely, but possible) that the sand could cause some issues... I would stick w/ paper or some people prefer to use small washed gravel with womas and bhps(pea gravel)and they seem to have good success. Others prefer mulch or aspen - not my preference, but will also work.

(2) They are very active and curious - the will cruise the cage and climb over or hide under just about anything you stick in the cage - they aren't the best climbers (I have some in visions and hear them from time to time fall from the lip above the door), but they will certainly try. Offer a shelf or a wider branch, or wider section of drift wood if you are going to put something in there.

(3) Not recommended to keep them together. While I have never had a problem, and honestly don't know of anyone that has - they will eat snakes, and as a result, might make a snake out of the cage mate. If they are the same/similar size - I think the chances of that happening are reduced - but why take a chance. Cages certainly aren't cheap - but they are worth the investment to avoid unnecessary issues.
