And though where that snake is from may get colder you have to remember that most snakes out there have been domesticated for so long that you can't always compare them directly to the wild. But an under the tank heater is a really good idea; they are cheap (20 bucks cdn) and they are a life saver. If you keep your snake in the basement (which i keep all of mine) and your light goes out, your cage will get really cold but if you have an under the tank heater its no big deal the snake will just move to the heater if it is too cold. Just a suggestion. | ||
